Primark’s first store in the US presented a set of unique challenges. The much-loved Burnham building at Downtown Crossing was respectfully restored and a customer journey created which was punctuated with artistic and graphic expressions throughout. These helped to tell the international story of the brand, relate it to the city of Boston and express the brand values of “Amazing Fashion, Amazing Prices” to a completely new audience.
